Only one time was it my fault for paying the total amount minus 1-CENT! blamed it on new eyeglasses. Visa wanted to charge me a full month's interest on the full amount due (which I'd paid minus 1-cent). Told them I'd be happy to pay interest on the 1-cent. They decided it was easier to just credit the interest, but made me promise to increase next month's payment by 1-cent. What a deal. The only one I've ever had not back down on something like this was Costco.D.K.
