We need answers!

Seriously! They are serving up some bullshit reason that the seepage near the well is um, from another well. Just how does one prove that? If anything, they need to let the oil flow for a few reasons.

1. We need to know how much oil they have been spewing, because the fine is per barrel. Collecting it 100% is they only way we could know.

2. Why are they not publishing what the pressure numbers are? Transparency please.

3. If there is seepage, then stop the cap & collect oil. If there is the slightest chance the backed up gas seepage just might blow, or cause problems with the relief wells, then stop the experiment & collect the oil.

4. It still irks me that the Coast Guard guy handling the matter just retired. Thad Allen seems to be doing an awful lot of compromising with BP.

The Sierra club set up this display on the Ntl Mall in D. C. on the 4th of July.
