in Tank's defense, he may NOT have been the original guilty party. yes he was wearing the trash lid, but that could've happened after the other dogs knocked over the trash can and he merely nosed the lid around, eventually sticking his head through out of curiosity! can you tell I've had a lot of practice getting out of these sorts of incriminating situations?
Probably all present @ the time of the incident were involved, but Tank has some incriminating evidence to explain. Even the human admitted it was his fault for leaving the trash full for them to get into.
