I am sooooo glad. Smith did that grandstand speech about the war being immoral & illegal (after mid term elections she he was now a minority), but went on to continue all the billions of funding Bush asked for. No politician should get to play with people's live in that that way. It was a wonderful speech-- but that was ALL it was- he was talking the talk.
Although I never did vote for him, he really needed to be excused of his duty on that topic alone.
