wow...I wish there was another one...one we could go to with our kids....and listen to Joan Baez and CSN&Y again....and I would have loved LOVED to have heard Hendrix.....sigh.....
They did try to recreate a Woodstock gathering several years ago... but it was weird-- they had ATM machines on site! (What??? No LSD?)So many of those artists gone now Janis Joplin, Jerry Garcia, Hendrix, etc. But when I look back at the footage-- Arlo Guthrie-- even CSNY, Wier & Lesh of the Grateful Dead-- they were young kids!We need gatherings like this again. Where have all the hippies gone???
