Brings the total number of failed banks in 2010 to 41.
The FDIC page says "Each depositor insured to at least $250,000 per insured bank through 12/31/2013."
What happens after that???
Do not pass go, do not collect $250,000 dollars?

out of 19 banks, 10 of them are in the southeast. i wonder if it's just a coincidence.
I dunno, but Georgia & Florida are taking the lead in failed banks this round.
Still 41 banks just kind of quietly, going under in just the first quarter of the year.
Will 164 banks go under this year alone?
Damn! Maybe we can use all those empty bank buildings for new public option medical centers of the future??
